What is a Taxable Income Deduction?

If you're a tax resident of Norway, you'll generally be liable for tax on all your income and wealth in Norway and abroad. As a tax resident of Norway, you must pay tax on income that you've earned. You'll be liable for tax on your salary and other income, including interest income, income from the letting of property and income from shares.

Manymore has to deduct this tax when we payout your salary. The percentage is based on your income level, and is determined by the tax authorities when you fill out your tax deduction card. Manymore will fetch your tax deduction card every time we do a payout, so that we get the correct percentage for you.

If you have a free card (frikort), it is important that you go into the website of the tax authorities, and share this free card with Manymore. Read more here:  https://www.skatteetaten.no/person/skatt/skattekort/frikort/
