Manymore as my accounting system
Manymore.com provides an easier and faster way for your customers to pay you.
Keeping track of your accounts on your side is also important for your business.
There are 2 ways to use Manymore.com:
1. Manymore.com as your secondary accounting system
You can use several accounting systems if you like, as long as the invoice numbers do not overlap and are always sequential.
For example:
- You can use Fiken or Tripletex or a different system, with invoice numbers that start at 1
- You can use Manymore.com with invoice numbers that start at 1000000
- Then invoices in your accounting system will be numbered 1, 2, 3, etc.
- And on Manymore.com; 1000001, 1000002, 1000003, etc.

Other platforms also provide similar solutions for registering sales from external systems.
2. Manymore as your primary accounting system
If you have hired an accountant to help you run your company, you can use Manymore.com for all your customers.
Your accountant can download invoices from Manymore.com when they need to make reports, since they will most likely use their own system to make reports.
Manymore.com does not deduct a monthly fee, and sending invoices by PDF/email is free.
Manymore.com does deduct a fee for sending invoices by EHF, and we are working on making this free as well.
Talk to your accountant first about whether or not Manymore.com can be your primary accounting system.
Manymore and 24/7
If you keep your accounts in 24/7, you can take advantage of our automatic invoicing with Manymore and still keep everything in 24/7 so that there is no wrinkle in your accounts.
What you need to do is:
- Use Manymore.com as usual and let us generate automatic invoices on your behalf.
- When the invoice is ready, you can easily download it by clicking on "View PDF" and then download it.
- Once you have done this, log in 24/7 and create a free post.
Remember to upload the invoice you have downloaded from Manymore.com.

Manymore and Fiken
For Fiken, what you need to do is:
- Use Manymore.com as usual and let us generate automatic invoices on your behalf.
- When the invoice is ready, you can easily download it by clicking on "View PDF" and then download it.
- Once you have done this, log in to Fiken and create a free entry.
Remember to upload the invoice you have downloaded from Manymore.com.

- When the invoice is ready, you can easily download it by clicking on "View PDF" and then download it.

Remember to upload the invoice you have downloaded from Manymore.com.
